Requesting Joanas In Game Guide As Well as IDemise in game : World of Warcraft General Discussions

I haven't been able to find joanas in game guide, and i cant get the idemise guide to work in game for me. For idemise it brings up the menu in the game but it has no options and says something like missing location error or something.
