Michael Donnelly now owes 6.5 million dollars as of March 3rd's release of documents from the judge.

We are still waiting for the decision on whether Glider will be allowed to continue selling past the decision, while he takes it to the 9th district circuit court of appeals. I would guess it would be no, because that would mean that Blizzard would incur more damages, but we will have to see what the judge says on that.

Yea its an odd case to say the least. It should be overturned, but what does blizzard really hope with this? At least glider doesnt promote pvp. When glider goes under someone in a 3rd world country is just going to release something else thats even more evil and blizzard cant do anything this time.
