black market bugg and locations : 9Dragons - Submissions

recentley i found the black market in zhengzhou. coords. are.......694 534.
now, there IS a bugg. i tried to purchase a weapon,(only weapons in this black market)with each transaction being declined. then, a message telling me, "all external and internal wounds are healed." a MASSIVE amount of money was also deducted from my account 286,564, to be exact. i was pissed and disconnected. then when i came back online, the money was back. so, no weapons from them til the admins address this issue. i have received an email from 9d, so cross yer fingers

the jinan black market is in Tiantan Shrine (601 180 coords on map)in a grove of bamboo in the ne corner.

This isnt exactly an exploit as such. Considering it has a detrimental effect, rather than a positive one. I'd give it a nay considering this. If it gave you the item and then you got money back when you logged in, that would be considerably different.

nay blackmarket just in CC3 nowdays and no weapon there!
