Go to mages tower south of draynor with any halberd, and at leat 10 basic wind attacks. on the top floor shoot the Demon with wind, wen he moves to rail you can attack with halberd, good at training STR, and Defense.

nay I don't know if it's just me but it seems to take a while and it isn't that fast.

did it when i used to be a member, nice way of getting xp
with law runes and decent magic you can also grab good gear it drops
