(This is a RS Members only trick)
Once you become a member you should stock up on at least 5-6 chocolate cakes, 1 Skills Necklace(4), good armor, and a decent weapon(Range/Mele/Magic).
Use the Skills Necklace(4) and teleport to Fishing Guild, Travel NorthEast to Seers' Village. From there travel north to Relleka, Go to the shore on the north section inside the Village. You should see Some "Rocks" in the area, walk over them to "Wake them up". They are lvl 13 crabs that give 200XP for your combat skills and are easy enough to kill anyone can do it.

Hunting Experiments during or after the Frankenstein quest IS MUCH MORE EASIER. Trust me. SOURCE : A level 102 (me)

I say Nay to this. I went from 18-30 range with Throwing knives at Rock Crabs in about half as much time as it took me at experiments. Just a heads up.
