Whoever runs this site has long since given up on it. If you pay for the MMOViper application here, don't expect to get access to it for at least a few weeks. Meanwhile, you don't get anything for your money. The fact is, they rarely check this site now so if you request access to MMOViper (which is NOT automatic and requires them to manually give you access) you will have to wait until they do their monthly check on the site to register your account. Once you have it, it does work - I've used it in multiple MMOs but the customer service here is dismal to say the least.
