Client screen resolution : General Discussion

Please help me out, this is driving me crazy and my eyes can't take it. I simply wish to know if you can change the screen resolution for FFXI while in windowed mode. If so how? note I did about 20 different searches on the site and found over 1000 matches each time and none of them were even remotely relevant to what i needed(well...not none of them, i didn't even bother going through most of them...) I'll stop now... thank you in advance!
