Best way to get the (x amout of hp per x amount of time) potions or what ever is at the abyss, you may go there and kill a few things, every so often you will find a green pearl. These heal 750 hp over 30 seconds. They are so easy to get i reccomend them for farming (Such as Goblin Killing) because they are so easy to get and really help you, specially if you dont want to share loot with a priest [ahem raven]. I use it most of the time to kill bouncers when my priest friend isn't online. Just use one when ur below half hp and keep killing, let the pearl do its job.
