Open Beta? : World of Warcraft General Discussions

open betas seem popular these days. Any chance of one with WOW?

it will come eventually, probably before official release; however, it will probably take a few months for it to come.

hehe jumpin from open beta to open beta First was lineage 2 now Ryzom. I really like Ryzom. Not quite sure why but I do. I did'nt at first so i kept playin L2 but then open beta closed. Almost went out and bought L2 but gave Ryzom another try and now I'm hooked. So I'll have to see wether I like WOW or Ryzom better. I really hope they implement some kind of open PvP in Ryzom like L2. Maybe not as much of a free for all but ya. Certain races are supposed to fight eachother......I think

lol ryzom... its a strange game... some people are VERY addicted to it...others r intimidated by its complex yet dull controls...
i can almost guarantee u wow will be better

edit: oh and a game calle Pirates of the Burning Sea might be in beta after WoW so yeeeha!

I dont know if its in open beta.. I got a friend who works at Blizzard now and she added me into beta.. got the email yesterday and am downloading now =p

yeah.. almost 2 gigs of download thou.. almost as much as L2.. or more I forget..

duh I'm an idiot lol.. I'm downloading a file that CLEARLY says PHASE2.. lol
