Its a lie, what about the fact you have to ENTER A CREDIT CARD for the MONTHLY fee before your account is activated.

What about when someone buys the key, it says its already taken, and your account gets shut down and/or you get legally prosecuted by NC soft...

yea dude using your own info/cc isnt smart. You could use proxy ip's to hide everything so they wont knw but once u activate !@#$%^* ur caught.. i knw some ppl who used username/password maker things with like 25k fake IP's, one guy got called by his IP and they told him to stop it b4 they cut off his connection, so he didnt get sued, but yeah the websites didnt knw who it was since he had proxy.. it worked too..

Anyways usin this is plain stupid, you have to enter ur info so yeah its as dumb as buying box, taking cd key and returning it (unless you scratch the code or replace it - therefore making the key urs for free)

btw that whole buy the box, and returning it might work, if you say oh, someone already had this CD-key. I heard that EBgames wont take it back though, but Best Buy will give you store credit for another game?? Scratching it though, might just make them wonder, because they check everyting in the box before you can return it

even without the DoS attack, this is a lame idea. the key you may or may not have generated is one that is in a box at some store or in the key list to be sold on internet. someone will try to use the key and it won't work. they will trace it back to you and kill the acct and/or press charges. :/
