If you play from China on a US server then I think it's "illegal" by WoW ToS but not by law.

I was told if you was caught botting from an account that they trace the ip and ban all accounts played from that ip... does anyone know if that is true or not also if you use to use a credit card but now use a game card do they still blacklist the credit card that use to be used another words would they ban accounts still being paid for by that credit card

and on topic: If your account gets closed and you decide to buy the game again and get a new account don't use the same credit card if you were using one, prefer time cards cos if they see the same credit card they'll close the account again without any notice
