I did some research and this works on the WHITE items that are near max damage and/or have high req. I also fould that it works best on WEAPONS but not on artifacts, shields or items such as those. Also, it wont work in pre searing because the items there are of low req and no where near max damage. I still think that it is worth premium becuae it really does work.

It's just a tactic to use if you want a little bit of extra cash throughout the game, it isn't actuallyan exploit because your not exploiting anything, jsut being smart(or taking a slight risk, like ANet intended) and if ANet intented it, it isn't an exploit...

Well if you wanna get technical, half the stuff in the "exploits" section isn't really an exploit, per se, just clever workarounds of existing game mechanics.

yah, but technically(lol) this isn't very clever, considering you are taking a risk, which makes it indefinit(...), which makes it not actually an exploit...And even if the risk payed off, you would only make a small sum, and you wouldnt even notice your making more money...
