BTW Manners DO increase upgrading chance!!!

PROVE IT
especially since you think your so sure of it

do this:

1. get Tsearch or Cheat Engine
2. search the values of someone upgrading a certain item that has 0 manner points
3. then search the values of someone upgrading that same item that has any number more of manner points
4. show us the numbers that they are different

until then dont make claims that you can't backup
the anvil is completely random

tsearch is highly detecable in usko, atm best place to use is myko, probably less ppl and gms , so better maybe!!!

Upgrading chance is completely random, manner points do nothing apart from when GM's hold an out of game quest and you require a certain amount of manner points to participate. I've only ever seen them hold one such quest about a year ago, so basically manner points do nothing.
