OBVIOUSLY I'm joking. It was clearly a mistake on the part of farts... and a very stupid one at that. Use a random password generator to create a password with mixed case alphanumerics and special characters. I change all of my important passwords once a month.

1: Erm, you could have just booted from another hard drive or standalone os disc and made a backup of the data ( ie Knoppix)

2: Bad idea, your friends will find your password in secconds ( and friends are worse than enemies when it comes to pc-pranks)
