patch.bin is normal, it is the file that xu creats that is basically just a copy of itself for patching purposes.

Delete all virii from your system. Delete xu.

reinstall xu and you should be good to go.

sounds like your system got infected before xu. and since virii attach to .exe's it infected your xu.
