Damn, and I had just finished the first repeatable quest. I think he will be back, but with repeatable modified.

yeah, my guess is, that the rewards with be lore or the quest just wont be repeatable

They nerfed him after the increased quest xp went in. With the increase it gave almost 2% @ level 54. Every time I returned to him there were about 10 people standing around doing the same thing... I would imagine that is why they removed him.

He was back outside the tower of truth last night and this morning. Only had the chance to run the quest once, but had no problems .

well, i think i can confirm he has been nerfed, he no longer gives quest reward after you completed quest once

He doesn't give any items after the first one, but does offer more repeatable quests. I believe also for a smaller amount of money.
