Because i havent done pre sear in so long, i cant remember the exact name of the box your supposed to take from them to devona thats all shesh.

it is the ashford stronbox.near ashford. its a great place for xp aswell. it took me a little bit of effort but i got up a lvl by killing them over and over again.but i never got a blk dye.the only place in pre i got a blk dye is in the devourer cave.

i would go into the catacombs and kill the gargoyles for easy drops...but as chaos said just kill the bandits with a smiting monk i have gotten 8 black dyes doing that

i just dnt see the point farming there if u r new just keep doing missions till can uw/fow or do runs pple but yeah charrs prbly best and there used be lvl 9 boss outside like east of ascalon in water was a sacel dropped purple sometimes but think they nerfed it was alright for lvling especially if war or monk

oh, hehe no i didnt mean purple dye.. your really looking for black dye i mean a purple item, i think in all my characters in pre sear i have seen 1 gold drop.. and i think i might even be wrong on that

yes u are wrong on that they do not drop golds in pre UNLESS!!!! whoo big word. u know a guy that was around when the glitch happened in october 2005 when u could go to yur guild hall and naturally golds / greens / runes / superior salvage and id kits leaked out

golds in pre usuallly go for 100k

i have yet to find a gold in pre but there is green items u can get. they are called carr bags droped only by the bosses north of the wall. i do not know how much the bage go for in price, but they hold 10 items already.

Just joinin in real quick, Has anyone gone past the Barons mansion, Like go in and when you go out head east and then follow the path left, And u run into srone elementals that give some decent xp, and some good drops, follow it west and then ull see a cave enter it and go through defeating those nasty elementals, then u exit out in a giant valley which is god knows were, and then kill some bandits and aloe seeds, warp back to barons and do it all over again!!!! I made some very good purple items and some of the best farming ive done, also 2 hours in that place and my W with no secondary was lv 10!!!!!Afterwards i got monk secondary made it to lv 12, got tired and advanced in the game. But if this is an exploit or not its pretty dang cool.

Also Try Farming The Roque Bull,and The Other Monster Bosse's they will give you Xp, Ther Level 5, Also to get to Level 7 in 1 day and a Half go kill bears, They also Drop some dye's and you also will make 2 k in one day doing these over and over. Do This Map out to Ascalon And Kill The Roque Bull, and The Bosse's From The River and the Catacumbs, One's you Do This Map Out to Fable Fair and Start Killing all The Bear's and Pick Everything, and Then Sell it to the Merchant, I also Got 6 Dye's this way.
