Well the way it works is we have a staff of people. We pay them to help maintain the site, and create new programs for us. As well we have to pay for server work. On top of that our brand new tu store is going to have alot of different benifits for premium members. We are all for people creating thier work. But it has to be their OWN. We dont want people stealing our stuff and getting credit for it when it hurts the site.

hire more programmers, hire more tech staff, buy more hardware, buy more prizes for tu bucks / contests. In general it will make the site much stronger.

Yey! That'd be good. But can you really sue for information about an error in coding the game if it's not word for word exactly?

Simple way to put it.

-People join the site.
-People agree to an eula.
-People steal the information.
-People post it at another place.


Doesnt matter if it is in their own words. All that needs to be proven is they either are aware it was illegally taken, or they directly illegally took it. Then a lawsuit can be created.
