You have to do a chain quest first, then he makes it for you then you can buy it from him,

Noggenfogger has a lot of uses acctually...

1) You stop breathing, and can go underwater for 10 minutes without drowning. Nice for when you have to kill murlocs or the Giants in Feralas who hang out underwater. (Your appearance changes to a Skeleton)

2) Light as a Feather. You can float as if you had a mages feather fall ability. This is obviously what is used in the video, it lasts 2 minutes.

3) Shrink. This lasts 10 minutes and makes you really small with no penalty to stats. Fun to use in BG's cause it makes you harder to target, also lets you fit into spaces you couldn;t normally go into. This is also fun just for cosmetic reasons.

The effect is random and you can have all 3 effects at once. being a small skeleton is pretty cool.

This has been aroudn for ages, and yeah, its more gliding than flying.

nothing happend anymore,, but before the gryphon crashed and when the time it should had taked to fly is out you got teleported to for example ironforge

30 silver for 5? what a rip off there is no point in doing this quest

There's nothing like mounting up with the shrinking potion, especially if you have an epic mount.

These 2 effects are really nice for a druid. When you shapeshift, you still look like a skeleton ^^

It's more of falling slowly then flying. You can't fly up, and you can't control your movement.
