IMPORTANT To Beginners!!!! : General Discussion

I donno how it would be done,but maybe like the amount of letters used, say like 50 or 100 letters = 2 tubucks,
then like 200 = 3. That way useful posts get more bucks rather than posts just saying 1 word awnsers taking up all the space on forums

karnak we delete people point numbers when they do that. And we private message about the point deletion. Spamming for points makes you loose points real fast.

I didnt mean spaming,but it would encourage people to make there posts more detailed

Well it sounded like he was about to spam until he got enought TU bucks for premium. And i was saying that its not hard to make worthwhile posts and get lots of TU bucks fast

Lol, I didn't spam but look at how fast I got it =) and I am already halfway there again =)

Maybe have people run their posts through a spell/grammar checker so we don't spend half an hour attempting to read what an illiterate doof attempted to type that came out as illegible jargon. For instance, this thread. Within the first 4 posts alone there are tons of misspelled words and wrong use of the word 'there' 'they're' 'their'. I really thought we learned that in the 3rd grade.

unfortunately the rules of grammer do not take place on gaming boards. I tend to type as it comes to me in these forums unless it is a guide or submission. So my grammer tends to suck and I mispell alot. But this is a gaming board. It doesnt really matter. If I send out an email or write a paper or communicate in a semi-important manner I check my grammer and puncuation. But if you want to bother me about grammer and punctiation and mispellings go ahead.
If its in english you can generally get the idea if there is a mispelling.

Now I do not agree with people that type like they are texting. For instance m8=mate h8=hate 2gthr=together. that is annoying and should be beaten out of people

Yeah, I extremely disagree with bigtex23 because of the they're their there thing because you can still make through what they are getting across but I do agree with him because I hate trying to decipher
