Data Protection Act:
Got to remove data after it has not use. As USA do not follow those laws thats ok.... IDK about JP, but POL is in the EU so has to follows these laws. So after they ban you they have to delte all personal infomation about you what is CC number. So if they do not take your card for the resson you had an account that used it and was bn. You could sue them for breaking the data protection act.

which no one will ever do. no offense but "now handling case 442123-v, Gamer suing SE for CC ban / breaking data protection act" doesnt exactly sound like it'd make it.

But if they do not atake your CC you could flood them with legal paper and in the end they will give up and let you play, like sony did to that jp company as they we sending jp versions of psps to EU

Yes they track by CC. A friend got banned, she didn't use any third party programs, but her friend got banned first for using 3rd party programs, then her and 2 other friends.
The connection? All 4 accounts were being paid by the same CC.

They all tried contacting SE.
SE's response...something along the lines of "All of these accounts use the same CC, and we don't want your business."
