just a FYI u can do it to any lvl mob you just have to hit the mob twice IE if ur a lvl 50 sorc and killing lvl 1 mobs u can fist fight them hit em twice then use a insta cast ae ..

personally I do what I call throwing a snow ball with a clickie staff lvl 5 and run around pulling a chain of mobs, I then hit my ae and get credit for like 20 mobs at one time.

(For higher levels) the low level ones don't give rep if you 1 shot them. They have to have some hate to you so just run around and gather up all of them then aoe them down for fastest rep gains possible.

Easier to get faction by:
Finding a crafting class you wouldn't mind levelling in the future.
Find an outpost that gives faction for the area you are KoS to (IE for Martok, Tawar Galan or Varryn Dunes)
Get 3 workorders,very easy or trivial.
Do the items to D grade, turn in even after the first item is done no matter whether it is a set or batch.

Voila, few minutes later and you have 30 more faction toward an area. Took me about 15 minutes to get enough faction to get into Martok.
