what server are you in? also they might be stuck belowground so they never spawn. i know in mine they are below

I'd farm the monsters there just to show you pics of the mobs, but as you can see, the char i have in that town is level 1(using the armor price bug in that town). You can see the normal mobs in that spot, you have to kill them to get the named to spawn.
To me, it seemed like a normal mob spawns there, kill it, a named spawns, kill it, a normal spawns, named, normal, etc...

They do not spawn on my server because they are stuck underground.

try finding a necro or a dark elf or some other pet controlling char to send their pet at it, and drag it out.

unfortunatly on my server it was 25m away about 4 days ago, now its about 60m underground (i fall through the mountain at a certain area and cloudwalk to the monsters
