Server transfers have been down since March 16th, most likely fixing this bug, and the untune bug.

Well the idea of yay/nay is that you are verifying it yourself. Its not much sense giving votes based on someone else's vote, as they might be doing the same. Then all we get is a confirmed non-working submission and someone gets a prem for nothing.

Looks like this will be a hard one to try out and seems we have to wait until after they finish playing with the transfer service.

As soon as the character transfer service goes back up I'll be transferring and trying this. I'll keep ya'll updated on whether it works or not.
