wow.. Private server will always be around. Also Hacks break the rules aswell lol... They are in the terms of service. Bots get sued more then private servers.. Because they make a profit OFF the game.

Just like some Addon makers for wow got taken to court for selling their addons

Well eq2 has a free to play section now so the odds of a private server still going to work is going to pretty null and void. Also private servers are sued WAY more than bots. Reason being is private servers arent really in a gray area. Because they are soley stealing games code, then normally they sell items for "Donations"
