I also get that ouofMemory Exception ...
Fresh reboot, logging into VG, waiting till character is logged in and
everthing is loaded so i can walk around smoothly, starting
VGX, logging in, VGX crashes ...

Got it running,
it seems some files did not update correctly.
What I have done:

Deleted all Files except for:
- Exhume.exe
- UpdateVGExtreme.exe

Then run UpdateVGExtreme.exe and enjoy

reinstalled no dice.... i dont know what .net framework is...
