I just tried it...alt tabbed to my toon I was buffing had the stuff that i wanted but when i accepted it didnt go throw and i got a system message on my ent that said "ERROR:Invalid data. Discrepancy logs generated."

Well, I hate to bump a topic from 3 years ago, but, it was -NOT- completely nerfed. I tried it with Con, Luck, Precision, Agility, Strength, and it worked the first time. So it was almost completely nerfed, but SOE must have missed a spot.
