Note it says Giga 4.2? Yes people did abuse them before retail upgraded to ep2 which is the main reason which caused the gold rollback. These jades were given out as event items at first but the removed it in ep2 because of the damage they caused.

Promise jades ARE NOT on the OFFICIAL server.
The Dupe bug posted has been fixed a long time back.

Promise Jades can be bought in the Shop/Cash Shop area of the game which uses real life currency to buy the item.

I would check it if I could, but I'm not willing to spend my cash on a free game that I only play once every two weeks. x.x;
