I don't think so. I had to leave a group that was bugged for IG, but I and one other were the only ones able to get in. I went inside, /leavegroup and afk'd in there.

When I got back to the computer about an hour later, in my tells people were screaming at me to leave the instance or /logout because the 8th person couldn't get into the instance.
