Anyway to set this up for the AH only and turn off everything else??

Yes, I did this for a few settings as well:
Use the Default to make sure everything is default.
Go into the qbms and delete whatever -features- you don't want (i delete aggrometer and water surface).
Install the files and what you delete wont be installed.
