Way to record gameplay smoothly? : FFXI General Discussions

I just use FRAPS. If you know how to use it, it works well enough. Biggest problem, pathetic compression and 4GB file size limit.

I also have a capture card. An AIW, actually. Using this technique I record it as DV format, work on it in the editor, then compress it.

Unfortunatly, the capture software doesn't seem to agree with SP2.

I can input composite or S-Video. Output using composite/s-video/component.

Website not found. Anyway, what I meant is what device are you video-out'ing into? A mac? A VCR?
