Maybe the community can help out a little bit by finding them without you having to go through creating an account and whatnot.
I'll work on a write-up when I work on the offsets.

Sorry about the long delay, but the update has now been posted in the OP.

Also, I uploaded a tutorial document on how to obtain the crafting offsets needed by the bot that are not in vgextreme. These are the ones that break every patch since I never got around to writing a code search routine that would make it much more patch-resistant.

I am getting reports of crashing right after the login screen. Is anyone using the bot without problem?

Confirmed.... I am getting 2 error messages first is from VGextreme Client its says the following.

A startup erroe occurred.
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {ADA15C9D-60F3-41A5-8BCC-4D57CB24F451} failed due to the folowing error: 80040154.

The other error comes when trying to open crafter bot 2.0. I can seem to figure out how to copy paste the info that it wants to report to microsoft which I dont think I should do.... Any way I can find the info you need to fix it..... I run basic game with no addons, windows xp, nvidia chip set have the newest versions of Exhume, VGextreme and Craft bot.... Any help would be greatly appericcated.

If the 80040154 is coming when trying to start VGExtremeService.exe, you probably need to register the dll files in your exhume directory. If the service won't run on its own, it's not likely the bot will run, either. While it appears to be a standalone app, it references functions in the service exe and is fully dependent upon it. Unfortunately, when it crashes because of a fault in the referenced function, it often doesn't give you much information.

Try that and let me know if it helps.

After doing the regsvr32 I was able to get the bot to start up and configured. When running a recipe the program is not changing bags correctly and is not handling complications properly. When handling complication the mouse pointer ends up at the bottom of the game window.

1) The craft UI has to be default (I'm assuming it is)

2) Go through all your mouseclick configurations again. Pay very close attention to the text in the main window.

Base Crafting Level = 0xFCF71EC
Base Crafting Skill = 0x487114
Auto Table Set-up = ???

I went through all the instructions, the problem is there are 5 static pointers that point at the results of the +1c4 pointer (0fe1c800) in my case. Granted I could have screwed up along the lines but I went through it twice and came up with the same results...

10d87c7c
10d87c80
10d881c
10d88194
1od889d8

my vgclient base address is 10900000
So, how do I tell which is the correct one?

It doesn't matter which one of those you choose.

I assume from your post there has been a patch. The skill offset and the five statics look right, but the level one appears to have had some incorrect subtraction. An extra zero in the base address, perhaps?

I'm glad my offset doc was at least somewhat comprehensible :)

nevermind about the subtraction comment, I didn't count the characters in the base craft level address you provided and just realized it's 7, not 8. Still, I expect the base offsets to be in the 0x00400000 - 0x00500000 range. In this case, most likely 0x0048xxxx. Please redo the craft level one, post the result and I'll post an update.

Ok, ran through it again and I got the exact same address for crafting level... which is .. 10d871ec .. my base for vgclient is 10900000... so...

1od871ec - 109000000 = 4871ec

yep.. I cant do simple math ;)

and yes, your instruction were quite useful.. thanks for getting that posted :)

I see there was a significant patch a couple days ago. Is the bot broken (or is anyone still using it)?
