Run instances like strath and scholo, try to win as many drops as possible, and if you lose, use a mod like auctioneer to buy something off a player for a cheaper price than you can sell it.

Prices have gone up heaps with online gold recently because of crackdowns on gold accounts, its not good :( (but i havnt bought any gold over the net (really))
