I got two problems with your post.
#1. It is very old....I can almost see the dust on it.
#2. Let me explain a simple process of getting a +9. There is only ONE way, and there are TWO ways to do that way. Ok, confusing but:
1. First way is to do it legitly. Gather around 50 +8s, burn all Trinas + BUS (blessed upgrade scroll). You're bound to get 1 that upgrades. Odds are, you're going to waste several billion on that.
2. Second way; VERY common amongst servers such as Olympia, Cypher. Dupe. DO NOT ASK HOW OR ITS A BAN FROM THESE FORUMS. You dupe a shitload of 1 +8 item, then get 1 trina, dupe that, get 1 BUS, dupe that coupal thousand times. Result: Lame !@#$%^&* way to get yourself banned from the game or being reset to lvl 0.
+9 Stilleto's can be found by killing worms...in VERY large amounts. Someone even got a +10 Stilleto, i've read that in forums. About +9 staff, I dont think thats legit.
Conclusion: Don't trust any +9 dealer because odds are.....well i'll let you discover on your own after the dupe whipe.
