Access problems. : General & Trouble Shooting

I signed up, payed the bill and got sent an order confirmation via email, yet I cannot sign in with the usr/pass that I signed up with. (I made this one for free). please help me out, original payed account name is "chlamydiajane"

pm tault_admin with the transaction id from paypal, what e-mail you paid from and for which account it is for and he will get back to you asap. it should be sometime within 24 hours

It states in the faq it can take up to 72 hours for a reply. But i tend to get them all in no less than 6 hours . Also your problem was already fixed

yeah sometimes you take more than 24 hours but thats not very often which is why i say less than 24.

im curious i created a account paid for services but yet im gettin erorr messages saying i cannon loggin wehy is that ?

what did you pay with? if it was with paypal send tault_admin a pm with what e-mail you paid from and the transaction id and it will be fixed asap. latest respnce will be in 72 hours but is usually done in under 12. if it was with verisign i dont know the details on what to send him that way but send him a pm and he will fix it asap

Yea just pm and its fixed pretty fast. Most of the time its just a paypal payment not cleared yet.

Hi. I payed for my membership, paypal told me it cleared, and I still cannot access the forums. I PMed the admin, who told me it was probably because of eCheck but it has cleared and I sent him the email from paypal and all of that 2 times. It has been 2 days. I know the max is 3 days. Just wondering if I could get a code and/or access to the forums that I payed for. Thank you.

paid by cc, account shows i have premium, but i am not allowed in anything and i get asked for user and pass about every othre screen
