if ur at level 20, and have no money, then u have no other choice then to go out in the battlefeild by urself, and kill the strongest things u possibly can kill, and sell their drops. i could have a better strat for making money for u if u werent level 20

all i did to get my money was i went to places like Ruins of Surmia and Fort Ranik easy places and charge ppl like 200g to help them and well u do it enough u will get alot of gold which will help if u save it up or u can do what i do is sell pink dye cheap

Start a new character, and let him kill river skales, sell all things, you would have like 1 K in 1 hour

This game is all about aesthetics is why. Why else would there be three different types (e.g Droks, Citadel, Obsidian) of the same armor with the exact same stats yet still cost alot more because they look different.

just do it the old fasion way, just kill monsters (hard ones) and get good stuff lol

If your a Ranger, In the Boreas Seabed mission: charm one of the level 20 crabs, go to Shin Jae Monastary, go outside and give the crab to the tamer. He'll give you 100 gold. Rinse, Repeat. It's roughly 100 gold in 2 minutes due to the long start sequence which translates to 50 gold a minute. Which really isn't worth anything unless you're desperate and don't really want to fight mobs.

okay dude w/o money and stuff, if you wanna get like lotsamoney an easy way (this is what i do for money) now i do this with a w/mo so i dunno if you can do it or whatever. enter the gates of kryta mission by yourself, tgo past the gate up to that fence on the left and go in there. go past the pig (Oink) and turn left behind the fence with the houses. there's a little path that keeps going back there. follow it alittle and you will see a hellhound. kill it an a thousand guys will pop out, which, if you can kill them, yeild alot of drops. to do this you need: cyclone axe, healing breeze, vigorous spirit, live vicariously, mending, and bonetti's defense. on average i get about 1.5k each time and sometimes a gold weopon. DYES are common drops. i got silver dye twice in a row once doing this. and the weird thing is......if you keep following the path you will come across a group of guys who DON'T ATTACK YOU!! it's really weird and nobody knows why but what the hell, y'know.

Not related to the new question but because everybody was asking I thought I should answer it. You can't actually get money for the cities, it was just a joke!!!
