Thank you asl for validating my point :)

Jackal, the higher level you go (71+), the faster you kill. Any fights you engage in and you fight for more than a minute more often than not, it's time to seek a different party if you are willing to wait for another invite.

Although asl, i am interested to know how the nin kept hate, i am tempted to give nin a try, and your pt seems to have quite a bit damage nonetheless. did your war subbed thf? or did everyone hold back?

Well, in KRT as well as Sky ( ulli camp ) mobs don't seem to even spawn fast enough to warrant anything higher then chain 10. Even going MB PT @ 75 in KRT Spartoi's and such don't pop out more then 100'ish. Weps in Sky put out 68-120 @ 75 and bibiki bay about the same on Gobs. I'll agree it "might" be possible with some pimped out PT, but I would consider anything above 12k/hour, a once in a lifetime thing.

They way that I have seen that High Xp per hour done.

Is the with the Following steps.
1st Party needs an area where one no other pty is present not to hard to do.
2nd Which comes with experience from playing the game. Is knowing the place where you can kill all the mobs in the area. Also a place where the mobs are high enough to have T and Vt and few IT's.

3rd The Party has to be balance and have the ability to kill fast. As a white I have seen allot of formations. Some can take a beating but have a very hard time killing. Others I've been can take an It and kill in 1 min or less. The way they usually do this is they have great gear and charge their tp and when the It comes. Well they unleashed the Beating and then go for a T to have rest or go for another It to build and then rest with a T. Their are many ways to do this.

I can do this in the Dunes. Where after lvl 12. We kill everything in that area before the Tunnel on the Dem side zone. I pull everything bats lizards gobs and as long as their is no other pty we lvl extremely fast getting from 50 - 200xp. Some noobs complain but then relaize how fast they are lvling and enjoy the ease of lvling.

That is one thing I hate when ptys want to see only big #s at the scarfice of time. Where we can kill something Tough and get way more Xp.

Good rule if you are making an average of 6k per hour your in a ok pty. Anything Over that average is good. Anything under 4k is bad. I had a pty that made 2k per hour needless to say that I left.

Indictaions of XP Per Hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take it from a white who is depent on parties to lvl.

***If your white is having to rest after each an every fight your pty will problaly at most be average. You see 4k, 5k, 6k, per hour

***If your white only concern is casting regen and Haste or at low lvls cure 1. You problaly hitting 8k, 9k, 10k per hour or hopefully more depending on mobs and how fast you clear the area and they area regens the mobs.

I love ptys where I dont have to cast cure not even once. Drooling I wish all ptys where the same.

I dislike Ptys where I have to Rest because my MP is 0 and they still have 1/4 of health to go on the mob but is better than 0xp.

I hate ptys where I die or have to zone or finish with the same xp or less than when i started.

Death in a pty that can easily make up the xp is ok and can and mostly likely will happen.

Death and not making up the lost XP SUCKS.

No Death and lots of XP is GREAT.

No Deaths and 2k per Hour is HELL at least of you Die you have a reason to leave to end the suffering. LOL

Good weapons on the ninja helps though, it's a lot easier to keep hate if you actually generate aggro.

10.2k an hour for 3 hours? No offense, but that sounds like complete !@#$%^* to me. You'd have to hit 170xp per minute on that, which means IT+ and nothing less as just an average.over that time. 4k/hour seems to be general average, with the higher skilled pt's going for 6-8k/hour.

Jackal,
Please re-read my post about the exp/hour thing, I said I got 10.2k an hour for 3 hours, and only happened to me once and i crapped my pants during it. Not giving you a hard time, but my point was validated by a couple of people, over 10k an hour does happen.

4k per hour is Slow anything lower and your in a bad party.

6k per hour is about what the average pty can do.

8k per hour or more and you are in a party of Pros. Its beautiful to be in these parties. Brings a tear to the eye. SC and MB are an Art in these parties, its also common to see the area be cleared out of mobs and that when you rest until they start to pop again.
