I noticed you mentioned that one needs a clean unpatched version of SWG running. What does that mean? Maybe I am missing something there?

It means, you can't patch a bunch of the code in the game and then run the offset scanner/update. IE clean = unpatched.

At this point, I'm gonna say it's just you bud. Can someone else test it?

I'm not completely horrible at this process of running bots and coding. I took a few courses in C++ myself. I know what I am doing. I hit the hotkey to patch it (I have also tried pushing the patch button) and I get the notification in the upper left corner of my monitor that it is ready to work and then the SWG Client crashes.

Hope that clears it up a bit.

Then it should be pretty easy for you to figure out what the issue is.

Did you check to make sure the ini file is being updated after the scanner is run? If you are not running the trainer in admin mode then it will not have the ability to write to the ini file. It's something pretty simple but often over looked.

Great program, been using variations for a long time, thankyou. Current version with offset scan tool opens, informs me of offset change - pls run offset scan - when I do the sys message in upper left says SWG not running (it is - and I'm starting AA 2.0 as admin), and is unable to update offsets.

Is this an issue with the install location of SWG, with the new Launcher, and windows7? I had to rewrite some other scripts to look for SWG files in a diff location - under (C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\Star Wars Galaxies).

Thanks

I'll try and get a look at it.

In-order to scan the offsets you need to select a SWG process that is running... if you do not click the drop down and select an "account" that is running it has nothing to scan for offsets.... sooooo... start program.. click drop down.. select a number.. scan offsets.. then I exit and restart. it will sya looks like current version and you are good to go.

Thanks
