Richy - I am using the heal sequence. I made that suggstion since Stirocks is having problems getting it to heal for some reason reliably. For the most part the heal sequence works for me about 90-95% of the time. I did set up some secondary response squences for group heals and also if the bot pulls aggro I need it to heal itself. I see you have the healthyself command but it's not functioning right I think cause of the eq2 service. Also, sometimes I pick up a guild member or something in my group and I need to heal them if they draw aggro so I setup a TARGET heal response just incase. I've rarely used it.

The auto heal and pet heal would rock! I have a necro and fury I tried using the bot with but it doesn't work out as well mainly cause I can't heal the necro's pet.

Oh ya and I did end up getting it to work on my AMD laptop so I can't wait for the hunter bot! What I had to do was uninstall the radar (which doesn't work on AMD's right now anyways) and strangly the crafter pluggin. Then I checked the compatablity mode on the script and works like a charm.

Yes currently I am using the ResponseSequenceSTR to get a heal and not having it assist me, I just turn on auto attack manually currently. I do have the HealSequenceSTR setup but when I ask for a heal it says "Hah are you kidding" or something like that. I’m pretty sure I have tried asking while in a fight in ASSIST mode and it gave me that same response. Maybe I have something configured wrong.

I changed the code for the Divide by 0 problem on page 2 of this thread and the recover percents as well (to fix the EQ2Service problem). Is there something I’m missing to get it to work? I'll try again tonight in a battle to make sure it just isn’t healing me because I'm not currently in a fight.

Yes it won't heal you unless your below 80% health that is why you are getting the "you must be kidding" message. If you get hurt in battle it should work.

Mally is right (but it's currently 90%). The reason for this is, if you are in a heavy fight and mash the heal key and buffer up 5 heals, and the first 2 heals bring you up to 100%, why have the bot waste power with 3 more wasted heals, so it will check your health before issuing you a heal... trying to be smart here The bot will just give you that nice little message that you don't really need a heal ya fool! Works out nice since the bot will be power efficicent and you don't have to worry about how many times you ask for a heal if you really need it.

What does worry me is Mally said 90-95% of the time - should be 100%... I have never had her miss a heal. If you bring the bot into the battle, sometimes they are not as timely as they might have just started a spell which has to complete before they heal you, which in battle can feel like a lifetime. If you had any logs where you asked for a heal but it never went off, I would really like to see it.

Any yes, the bot will fully keep themself healed again once the EQ2Service is working again... it just reads it health as 0% right now, so not much good

Not to pry into the conversation or anything. But I was wondering.... From what I read this does not have the capability of a hunter bot yet correct? Is there any ETA on the hunter bot if not? Sounds like the heal bot RULES! I cant wait to see what the hunter bot can do.!

Is there anyway to get the bot to heal itself. I have tried everything to get it to heal itself but it always cast the heal on me or whoever sent it the last tell. I have tried using the MASTER, NONE, YOURSELF settings in my ini and it still doesnt heal itself. I dont mind telling the bot to heal itself Im just hoping It will heal itself instead of me. Right now its a race to see if I can steal aggro before my bot dies. Is this possible? I would like to tell it to buff itself as well. I guess my problem is wanting to be able to tell it to cast a spell on itself instead of casting it on me. If there is a way can you please show me what to put in my ini to make it target itself on spells I set up.

YOURSELF should work for now. I don't have any problems with it. Does it cast the spell at all? Perhaps you want to look into the log. As Richy also pointed out the response sequence is not at top proirity since it was not really made for healing.

Now I ran the script and it runs completely without failure during a log test, but when I actually run the script, it starts, opens the windows, and then the windows disappears. Is this normal? If I try to quickly move the newly created windows, it shuts the game off! Please advise

Did you chanege the value for "name of server" to the server name you play on?

Something is not setup right in the INI file if it does that usually - check the log file for the word "ERROR" or email me the log file so I can take a look at it.

No - the hunter bot still isn't ready - I've been traveling a lot these days, so not much time for the scripting I still think Hunter bot in EQ2 is not going to be very effective since you have up and double ups and they tend to WOMP a single char... but I'm going to finish it anyway

Finally managed to make it start, it initialize fine and idle waiting for command.
Most of the command i send with the master work flawless, but if i send the command to follow it start to act wery strange, it seen to pres the "o" and "l" key, since it open the skill window, bind on "l" and the macros window bind on "o", then send it perform 1 junp and sent a tell to the master with the master name without the first 2 letters of the name and last it send a tell with "now Following".
My keyboard setting is set to Italian and somethink tell me the problem may be there but not really sure, i have set all the bind as sad in the ini file and i use the default setting as base, so i suppose my key are right.

has anyone experienced a crash since the big patch yesterday? I start up my script (buffbot) it loads all the files - i get the two pop up windows for health and commands queued... .then ALL SCRIPTS STOPPED

i check log file.. i dont get any errors. ini is tested tried and true.. never had a prob
