And one more thing as soon as you transfer do NOT log. Just respec as soon as the tarnsfer is complete. That also buggs this.

wait, do you stay logged in while you order the transfer?

I logged out for the transfer and it asked me to select my profession when I logged back in on new server.

This just helped out a friend of mine big time. Thanks all for all valuable knowledge. No you don't stay logged into the game for this to work. I'd definitely advise you to reset your expertise before transferring. Thanks again.

You log out while you transfer. But AFTER the transfer do not log. Just as soon as the transfer is done. Log in. And respec.

2. Unlearn all expertise
3. Transfer to server your wanting character on
4. Log out but stay on character screen.
5. Once transfer is complete log in on the new transfered toon and talk to respec npc.
6. Choose whatever profession you want an your lvl 90?

Has anyone done this since the Bug Bash? Had a buddy do it following the exact steps and dropped him to a lvl5 Medic when he respeced.

I know it works...I have done it myself...just not sure if maybe SOE did a silent fix.

How is it possible? If you stay on the character screen it will not update with the new character after the transfer.

hehe ya its pretty cool exploit. Its funny that nobody has caught on to it yet. As long as you tranfer and get a few badges no one asks questions
