Well, they weren't really thorough when they 'cleaned' my accounts.

On my elder jedi they didn't remove the badges or titles at all. On my spy, they did. On my trader they only removed Elder smuggler, and I still have the schems on him.

roll a trial account toon on TC and use the frog to CL90 him, place the modified gamefiles in the appropriate folders under /testcenter and try out.

If it works on TC it will probably work on the live servers. But be warned - if you use it, you will get suspended or even banned!

superatat asked if it's nerfed - and obviously he don't want to risk it testing with his paid account (otherwise he would not ask, i guess...) - so I showed him a way to test if it's still working.

and since a Trial account on live can't level beyond CL25, but you have to be CL90, he has to try it on TC.

Yes it was nerfed, when you click on it, does nothing.
