Lost my sword.. need a new game.. : Lineage 2 General Discussions

Lol don't flame me.. I misclicked on a dude I was pvping with and hit some noob and 1 hit killed him.. So when I got killed by the guy I was PvPing with I had a huge chance to drop something.. That something ended up being my 1.5 million adena dual bastard swords.. So I'm quitting.. if I liked lineage.. what other MMPORGs are out there that are close to or just as good? I need something to hold me over till WoW..

1.5 mil isnt that much you can buy 1 mil adena on ebay for 30$

Ahahha same !@#$%^&* happened to me but i droped my +3 gastra. I also quit after that. Its really !@#$%^&* how you can drop your equiped weapon. This game has one of the worst pvp systems I have seen.

its CHAOTIC and DANGEROUS. and MYSTERIOUS...... BEWARE!

whine whine whine... im sorry but i just lost my cursed maingauche, kite shield, elven jewelry set, and rip gauntlets. not to mention i lost 6 lvls cause some stupid bots would even let me res for 2 seconds to run and try to hunt to lower karma. the weapon isnt the worse thing u can loose. i lost a lot of time in those 6 lvls. but u know what? i look at it this way... i will have tons of sp to use on my clan. !@#$%^&* happens. theres nothing u can do but tuck up and move on.

I lost 1.4 mil in a scam recently. Luckily I had another 1.5 mil laying about from botting so I set up a bot to farm the abandoned camp - about 30k an hour thats 720k in 24 hours so shouldn't take that long to get it all back. Not to mention I'm leveling at the same time

thats what makes pvp in this game so exciting and suspenceful. =)

i just wish you could specify 1 item you couldnt possibly lose.. that would take away people losing something they spent their entire savings buying and it wouldnt take much away from the exciting PVP, people would still drop great stuff. if i tried spending less on a weapon and keeping some money in my savings it would be like wasting the money anyways since my character is not performing as well as he could be

Is it just me or you never loose anything when you are purple?

No you don't loose anything in purple state when killed by a person that is that's why ppl enter into purple state together it's "mutual" pvp combat

wait...so the only time you drop stuff is when you're red?

how about being killed when white by say a monster or someone red/pruple(soon to be red)

also how about in places like the nurka spawn when nobody flags?

ok where too start hmm ok at Nurka when he spawns it becomes a siege(siege ruls apply here) as such you don't loose items or exp when dieing to Nurka and...AND if someone else kills you they don't gain karma aka chaotic state(ps this is a great time to have pvp battles as theres no penaltys)...

Now when white and killed by a mob you have a slight chance of droping an Item but not to sevear and a loss of 10%exp on average now when red and being killd by other ppl(whites/purples)I think it was a 50% more chance of droping an Item and being able to drop 4 at a time, as for being in purple state well that's just open invitation to pvp this is why ppl bait others cause 1 you do not go "chaotic" and if you die when purple you don't lose Items. This is why you have 2 kill markers on your charecter bio 1 is pvp the other is pk pvp is when you kill another purple and pk is when you kill a white(therby gaining karma and going chaotic)
