There is a LoS exploit out currently that allows you to hit the inner door without having to see it.

The way of doing this the best is to get a NightShade, Mistrel, Infiltrator, or Shadowblade to climb into a enemy keep and target the inside door... then have a archer, (depending on your realm, hunter, scout, or ranger) assist the stealther that is inside the keep. The archer can now pound the inner door with arrows (fools bow works the best) and the stealthers can go kill the lord without virtual any resistance.
