/ma "Carbuncle" <me>
/pet "Assault" <t>
/pet "Release" <me>
/pet "<Whichever Blood Pact Skill you want>" <t>
These are just the basic ones, but they're good for starting

I've found it much easier to pack more into your starting macro, at least for parties ect. For example, the second our puller comes into sight i'll use a macro somewhat like this:

/ma "Avatar" <me>
/wait 5 (Put in whatever works for your avatar)
/pet "Assault" <bt>

I find it much easier to use <bt> (battle target) so that your avatar will only go for the monster in red, and it also works for your <t> if there is no battle target to refer to, however not with the name.

those are fine if ur doing it for a party, but here is something i came up with when i first started summoner, it helps alot when ur lvling summon skill.

This is an easy macro for people to use to level their summoning skill, it will use less MP than manually hitting each summon, and you can summon faster. It is good for people who don’t want to use bots or are playing on the PS2 and are unable to use a bot.

This uses 5 macro slots so its best to start on a new pallet. We will name each of the five as smns1 smns2 etc... so there is no confusion. It is best to use this macro once you have all of the basic avatars (not Fenrir). It can work with the spirits, but it will use up much more mp, and the casting/cooldown time will be different, but if you are willing to figure all of that out, then go for it.

Here’s the macros starting with the first one

SMNS1

/ma “Carbuncle” <me>
/wait 9
/pet “Release” <me>
/wait 1
/ma “Titan”

now hit the second one as soon as Titan finishes his animation

SMNS2

/pet “Release” <me>
/wait 1
/ma “Garuda” <me>
/wait 9
/pet “Release” <me>

now hit the third one as soon as your character finishes the release animation

SMNS3

/ma “Ifrit” <me>
/wait 9
/pet “Release” <me>
/wait 1
/ma “Leviathan” <me>

hit the fourth as soon as leviathan finishes his animation

SMNS4

/pet “Release” <me>
/wait 1
/ma “Shiva” <me>
/wait 9
/pet “Release” <me>

hit the last one once you finish the release animation

SMNS5

/ma “Ramuh” <me>
/wait 9
/pet “Release” <me>

Now once u finish the release animation u can hit the first one and start over. I know it sounds complicated but once you go through it 2-3 times, you will be a master. Now once you get Fenrir or when they decide to add new avatars to the game, you can add those in too, just remember to /wait 1 after the release and to /wait 9 after you cast.

If all you want to do is train your Smn and max out his smn ability you can use a script for xunleashed that will automate the entire process for you and you can just walk away. It will rest when your MP is low and keep casting away. Walk away for a few hours and whala you have maxed out your smn ability.

i know, thats the reason why i made it especially for the PS2 players, they arent fortunate enough to be able to do scripting and all of that nice stuff
