EQ2 Mod Posistion Contest : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

We are holding an official Contest for the Mod Position on Tault.com's Everquest 2 Sections. If you are intersted in being a mod please post a reply as to why. Keep in mind that premium and no premium members have this ability. Then the current mods and myself will discuss who we feel shows the best potential. Well enjoy and good luck to all.

Mod responsibilities are as follows:
- Removing Foul Language form users.
- Suspending Users based on ill actions.
- Keeping posts flowing for the current area.
- Creating a Topic of the Week for the area.
- Helping Others in the EQ2 sections if needed.
- And avid poster.

Mod perks are as follows:
- Lifetime membership as long as they are a mod.
- Ability to be sent in exploits for users wanting to join.
- Thier own (name)@tault.com email address.
- Ability to give members premium access based on your decessions.
- Access to the special mod only section on the forums.

I would like to become one. Even though im a noob to this site im a very trustable and reliable person.

Well first off I like to get to know everybody I meet. I am friendly and caring to everybody. I am a webdesigner and have worked as a mod for more than 20 websites. I would be a good choice because I know almost every aspect of Everquest II, and have played on it since it has been out. I see a lack of mods on this forum and would love to help.

Hi, i am new to this site too, but i would love to help out. I don't know if you have heard of lineage 1 and 2, but i had 4 websites running on mods, guides, beginners, and guilds. I have only been on this site for a little while, so i may be mistaken... but i don't think you have a guild... it could pose some problems, b/c everyone is on different servers... but all mods could make a "tault" guild when they can on thier server. I you do chose me to be a mod, then i would love to help out with many things, seeing as im an avid gamer!

Hello, I have read these boards forever and i like to help when i can i have a extensive background in computers and am currently working to get my CCNA certification. I also a mod for www.lanclack.com working for them has given me a very extensive knowledge of customer support and it is no easy task helping a hundred people with their computers at once. I do read these forums pretty avidly even for games I dont play I like to soak up the info just in case someone asks and I can help. Well thanks for considering me

C: I can't belive you haven't yet recognized my amazing skills, and haven't come begging my services... but I'll just assume it was an oversight due to the workload involved in the mergers. Whatever the reason, all is forgiven, and I respectfuly accept your forthcoming invitation to be a mod.

Not really clear what you mean when you say discussion area under this topic if you mean the link that says eq2 discussion are then i got but if you meant the quick reply or something else then i was very wrong as i am sad to say i saw nothing else

Just to start out, I am very professional, I am a E-6 in the US Army, have

been Active duty for the past 8 years, so I know what dedication is about.

I like how this place runs and hate disruptions to a professional feeling

atmosphere and would do what I can to correct and adjust these types of

issues. I would ensure things are properly managed, and have that crisp

look. And lastly , I belive in this page and have been nothing but

impressed with the information flow, and I have an associate , someone

whom you could consider a 'inside source' on a certian server with a

superior status, I have been known to recive tips and hints for my guild

about certian things and am quick to confirm BS.

I know that this post is a bit dated, but if you are still looking for any mods I would be interested. I have only modded on the guild sites that I have set up. Currently I am disabled and I am no longer able to work as I did before, so for me to kill the day away I spend most of my time on the computer. Browsing game related forums, etc. Not sure if this is enough experience that you would like but I would be willing to give it a shot.
