A good way to make 30k in one night/ premium plz :) : FFXI General Discussions

Ok, im not gonna say this is the best way but it does work for me. This is my first post and i hope it will help me get premium membership.

as it is my first post i will appreciate any corrections, and/or comments on my post. Also i only have an account on the Cerberus server, so i don't know about prices on other servers.

You needent be highlevel for this as it starts in Selbina.

1. After a hard days leveling in the dunes you think of returning to your home nation.

2. First head to Selbina and go to the weavers guild there.

3. buy 21 stacks of grass thread for 45g per thread. This will cost you a large sum of money so start it on a lower scale if need be, also be sure to buy in multiples of 3.

4. Once back in your own country head to the AH and buy 7 stacks of earth crystals (7 is for 21 stacks of grass thread, depending on how many stacks of grass thread u got divide it by 3 and this is how many stacks of earth crystals you will need) and begin synthing.

5. My clothcraft skill is only 4 and this is well enough, synth grass cloth, 3 grass thread + 1 earth crystal=1grass cloth.

6. if you do this correctly you should have 7 stacks of grass cloth with little or no failed synths. On my server 1 stack sells for roughly 7k so stick them all on for this price at the AH.

7. THE MATHS (god i hope i got this bit right)

21 stacks of grass thread from selbina weavers guild+ 7 stacks of earth crystals (assuming the stack of crystals sells for roughly 1k)= 18,340G

7k (grass cloth stack) x 7 =49,000G

49,000G-18340G= 30,660G (give or take a few 100g for extra crystals or thread required to make up for failed synths, the rest is profit </hurray!>

I have made about 100k with this method quite easily within a few days if the AH is very active at the time.

This is a nice way of making gil ^^
the only problem about this is that you need some gil to start with it. it will be a good start if you had about 10k to start with at least on Cerberus, the server has a lot of problems with bots and stuff like that.
lol maybe the price will raise from the time you leave bastok till the time you get back.

this isnt bad but honestly you can make more much faster just doing simple farming... bees, for example, are good at lower levels
