There is a STV as in Stranglethorn Vale (sp?)

And there is a SM as in Scarlet Monestary which might be what you are looking for but that instance has been nerfed.

Honestly if you need gold, just play the game. Gold comes too easily. The only time you should have to farm for gold is when you are level 60 and going after your epic mount. But if you are in dire need of gold, just keep killing Humanoids around your level and they drop a decent amount of gold and items.. and you will level up.
