just replace ur soma.shf with this (c:/soma) and press ctrl
+ h in game you'll find crafting guides mob drops complete with attack dex int etc aswell as tons of other stuff

nop didn't write it though i do now have a personal version which i intgrated information about gm commands and advanced crafting into I.e. how to craft a swift spirit, keen eye, dragon pill etc which arn't in the old help file aswell as new format etc.

oh also for submissions i have an autoclicker, pot macro, and fastcast.

oh and this (http://csoma0.tripod.com/) supposed to hold a trojan i notice it tries to make an attempt to start its self up at start up so beware.

i wouldnt recommand opening it without zonealarm firewall or aquivealent

No, he is not the original author of the help file (as he states that also in his submission) as it details that in the credits section (41.). I also know the original author very well.
