You are not paying for exploits. You are paying for the community and the knowledge of exploits. As well you are paying for the ability to look at detailed guides that will help your character, secrets that wont get you banned, and a variety of other things.

As well we arent asking you to pay. You can always go and submit information for a free account. I always recommend that first before anything.
