BEST CLASS FOR ALIANCE RACES : World of Warcraft General Discussions

On christmas im gonna get worldof warcraft what is the best class mixture and jobs for an aliance race.

In the long run it doesn't really matter...


But I'm sure you'll end up playing NE so it doesn't matter

Lol, what class do you want to be? NE and Human make good warriors. Only NE can be druid. Humans are probably better paladins then dwarves. Dwarves are good as hunters. NE are good rogues. That's all I can think of right now.

It really all depends upon your tastes. In my opinion, I'm a fan of Female NE's, both Humans, Male Dwarves (with beards mind you), and Female Gnomes. Simply because they don't look absolutely ridiculous.

Can a night elf druid use a sword at all. Im thinking about maybe a night elf druid or maybe a hunter..also a paladin. Besides a gnome those are my characters im thinking about.
Please give me message that might help me out with my decisions.

I advise you to make a night elf. Shadowmeld is VERY useful. Druid = ownage, but until level 34 (it think) u dont get the feral version of rogue's eviscarate, so its pretty boring and hard up to then.
Then at level 60 u can respec to caster and have fun.

OR hunter. a hunter which shadowmelds is the most !@#$%^&* off thing ever.

OR rogue. no use for shadowmeld but NEs do have a lot of agility and are very tall ˆ_ˆ. rogues are fun indeed and one of best classes in PvP

Now, now. It really all depends upon what you want to do. Especially since Night Elves cannot use anything that even hints of being "unnatural" magic. That is,
they cannot be: mages, warlocks, or paladins.

night elf priest... mind control out of shadowmeld for the win lol

gnomes get escape artist which is good already but about to be .5 sec cast and will be crazy good

WTH is shadowmeld. Ok erll does anyone have a druid or know if a druid can use swords.

ok druid cant use a sword frist off. were u people get that from i dont know. 2 druid uses alot mana so ull have a real hard time unless u use ur talent points toward becomeing a moonkin which i say has super def. 2 shadow meld gives u the ability to hide from others as long as u stay still quiet useless unles u gonna try to ambuss someone. and my opion for the best class would be rouge. they can solo alot things if the have a plan. mix it with leather working proffession for the armor u get. and if u can afford to pay for mats on the ah get engineer. for the traps bombs u can use to help u achieve thee ultimate power. there duel weilding is superb and they can vanish when the .... hits the fan and remain safe. and if u have a lvl 60 friend u both can walk through a instance and skip the 30 mins of hell and get the rewards and exp.

Using weapons isn't done by your race (Gnome, NE, Tauren, Etc.) it is decided by what class you are. Rogues can use 1h-swords and if you were a rogue you wouldnt even want to use a 2h. Pallys use maces. Dwarves are best off with axes.
